The Analytics module carries out statistical analysis on all the data collected by the Functional Tools, towards the objective of deriving actionable information or hidden insights that will be of use to the Brand Manager.
- Carries out analysis on visitors and their behaviour: segmentation, propensity modelling, etc
- Carries out analysis on content, with respect to its impact on visitors.
- Carries out meta-analysis of A/B Testing results.
- Supports the export of analyses to Excel.
- All analyses are made available to the Functional Tools for fine-tuning activity responses, and are also made available to the other Foundational Modules for summarisation and reporting.
